It was the last over of the match when Chennai Super Kings were chasing the total of 151 runs against Rajasthan Royals at their home. We saw the most rear incident of angry MS Dhoni walking in the from dugout towards the on-field umpire.

This happens rarely when the captain loses his calm, but the reason was obvious. It was 4th ball of the last over, 8 runs were needed in 3 balls, Mitchell Santner was on strike, Ben Stokes was the bowler.

Stokes delivered a direct ball, which was pitching above the hips of batsmen. Umpire quickly got his hands out for the no-ball but reversed the decision quickly. Even the no-ball buzzer was played by the digital team.

On field batsmen, Ravindra Jadeja was not happy with the decision of the umpire. MS Dhoni who just went to the dugout scoring 58(43) in a tough situation when the team was on 24-4. MS Dhoni walked into the crease from dugout straight towards in-field umpire.

MS Dhoni was totally unhappy and was furious in the conversation with the umpires. Initially, the straight umpire Ulhas Gandhe got his arm up which was probably not his call to make (being a no-ball for height), only to be overruled by square leg umpire Bruce Oxenford, said CricBuzz.

Rajasthan’s skipper Ajinkya Rahane and the players cooled down the things and sent MS Dhoni. In the end, CSK won this match with Michell Santner hitting the winning six. A wide and couple of two runs were scored before hitting the six.

MS Dhoni and Ambati Rayadu’s 95 runs long partnership for the 5th wicket helped CSK to get this game up, CSk was in real trouble with their four batsmen’s in the dugout before the powerplay could end. Ravindra Jadeja and Mitchell Santner played the cameos in the last over. With Santner hitting winning six, Jadeja also delivered a six in the first ball of last over.
